Cannes Lions 2019

Background

Cannes Lions has been celebrating creativity in brand communications since 1954. It is without a doubt the most renowned advertising event that takes place in Europe. Marketerers come from across the global with names such as Facebook and Twitter to hear from inspirational thought leaders, to honour and celebrate the most creative work from the industry and to network with peers and potential clients.

What we did

With our base in the South of France, we were able to work on several jobs at one time in the lead up and throughout the festival. From dressing a seventy million pound villa for a networking evening for our client Live Nation, to assisting global production company Jack Morton with the setup of the popular ‘Facebook Beach’ at the Hotel Barrière Le Majestic, our crew covered some of the biggest events at the festival.

With some of the biggest players in advertising, the pressure was on to ensure everything ran smoothly. We provided technical crew to support with audio and lighting equipment and additional crew to put together set, staging and truss for the events. We have fully trained health and safety officers who keep everyone safe on jobs and make sure all our clients are compliant with relevant guidelines.
