Our Approach

With over 10 years of industry experience, we’ve been able to develop a highly efficient process for accident reporting and management on the rare occasion they may occur.

Constantly Evolving

Our crew take part in a rigorous induction process with NEBOSH and IOSH certified team leaders. We work in line with the British Safety Council standards and keep up to date with all regulations and practices.

Risk assessments and full crew safety briefings take place before we get started on any job, to ensure we are as well prepared as possible.

Risk Assessments & On Site Safety

For every job we book we carry out a site visit to complete an extensive risk assessment before any work takes place. We then ensure all our crew are fully informed on all aspects of the job in a thorough briefing before they are allowed on site. This essential step in our Health & Safety process helps to prevent any accidents and allows our crew to feel confident and secure ahead of the job.

Once on-site, we pursue our clients to provide additional Health & Safety briefings so that our crew and whole team are knowledgeable and aware of incident drills and are aware of any potential hazards. On the rare occasion an incident may occur, a senior member of our crew will complete an accident report form which is emailed immediately to head office, and if appropriate telephoned through as well.

Crew & Training

All crew attend shifts with appropriate PPE, with an additional on hand whenever necessary. Our team is fully engaged in all health and safety practices and work diligently to create a safe environment for all. The safety of our crew, clients, and the communities in which we operate is our number one priority at Alpha Crew - which is why we have invested in extensive comprehensive training for our whole team. Our senior site staff undertake IOSH and or NEBOSH training so that they can manage jobs and crew with health and safety at the forefront of everything they do.

Client Health and Safety Services

In addition to providing top-quality crew to the events industry, Alpha Crew can offer dedicated Health and Safety services to clients looking for either a turnkey solution to its responsibility for providing Safety Plans and other documentation or support in the form of Site Safety Advisors.

We’re able to provide quality support that is tailored specifically to our client's needs and requirements. Our site and document and planning services are delivered by IOSH-certified and NEBOSH-certified experienced senior personnel.

What We Offer

  • On-site Health & Safety advisors for build and de-rig phases, and live activation

  • Production management support to oversee the safe installation and removal of infrastructure

  • Production of project Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

  • Collation and management of subcontractor RAMS

  • Health and Safety point of contact and liaison

  • Creation of event safety and construction phase plans in accordance with the employer's requirements under CDM (2015) Regulations
