Job-Specific Security Guarding

The first port of call for any manned guarding contract for a void property is for one of our experienced security team to visit and properly assess your premises then produce a detailed report from which a bespoke, site-specific set of assignment instructions is produced for our security guards.

Our guards will meticulously record all data as they perform agreed and site-specific assignments. Any potential incidents or issues are logged in the appropriate record book and time-stamped.

Security Services Assessment

Our comprehensive security services assessment allows us to personally assess each new site ourselves. By doing this, we gain a thorough understanding of the area, analysing potential risks that could play a factor in your event. This approach allows us to tailor our services and strategies to you, no matter the event.

Implementation

One of our Service Managers will visit you, discuss your particular concerns, and agree on a route and schedule for the guards to patrol. Together you will identify set landmarks on route which our officers will photograph as they patrol to provide up to date imagery of the state of your site as they go.

Reporting

Our service includes thorough and precise reporting of our security guards activities. We document every step of our guards route and report daily on actions, observations and any incidents that occur. These daily reports offer you valuable insights into the security of your event.

DBS and SIA Licensed

All of our guards are SIA Licensed, showcasing their compliance with standards set by the Security Industry Authority. As well as this, all guards are vetted to British Standard BS 7858. Through this, it ensures that guards have extensive background checks, giving you the highest level of trust and reliability for your event.

Finally, all guards undergo checks against the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) database. This step ensures guards provided have no criminal history.

Quality of Service

These visits are done to monitor the performance of our security guards, ensuring that they are adhering to standards and protocols set.
