In the instance that you need make changes to or cancel your event, we ask that you give our team (not crew) written notice as soon as possible. With any notice given less than 72 hours ahead of the event, there will be a cancellation fee to cover the cost of our time and resources.

If you are a new client and do not have an existing account with us at Alpha Crew, we do require that you make your payment in advance of your event or service.
Your booking is secure when you receive an email confirmation from us providing the reference and PO numbers. For new clients, bookings are secured by making the payment.
We have 6 locations over England and Scotland and are able to cover the whole of the UK. Please get in touch so we can help you with any further queries about locations and travel.

Our minimum call out for zones 1-3 in London is 3 hours, however between 22:00-06:00 our minimum call out is 4 hours.
Our minimum call out for all other locations is 4 hours.
