Training Highlights

Over the past year, Alpha Crew delivered structured training across health & safety, machinery operation, and role-specific competencies, recording more than 335 individual training attendances across a mix of certified and in-house programmes. Many crew members completed multiple courses throughout the year, reflecting a strong commitment to ongoing development and upskilling across different areas of expertise.
