Event setup and breakdown. Our general event crew handle the physical build and derig, including furniture, flooring, set pieces, exhibition stands and staging, so your production team can focus on the bigger picture.

Loading and unloading. Fast, organised truck turnarounds at the dock, with crew who are used to tight access windows and venue load-in schedules.

Stage and backstage crew. Our stage crew build, dress and run stages, and support changeovers and backstage movement during the live event.

Technical and AV support. Our technical crew work alongside your lighting, sound and video teams, handling cable runs, equipment positioning and technical setup.

Rigging support. Crew to assist with truss, hoists and overhead installations, as we did alongside SLX at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Plant and machinery operators. Trained plant operators for builds that need telehandlers, forklifts, scissor lifts or cherry pickers.

Supporting UK Event and Production Teams in Paris

Experienced Event Crew for Paris Venues

Every Paris venue works differently, from loading dock access and delivery slots to building rules and curfews. Our crew have worked across the city for years, so they arrive knowing how each site runs, which keeps builds moving and avoids surprises on the day.

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Paris’s largest exhibition centre is one of our most regular venues. We built The Friends Experience: The One in Paris in Pavilion 2.1, a fan experience full of set pieces, and crewed for Salesforce at VivaTech, one of Europe’s biggest tech events. Exhibition halls mean shared docks and tight load-in slots, so our crew work quickly and in sync with other contractors to keep things on schedule.

Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. At the Tour de France finish, our crew supported Shimano in one of the most famous and tightly controlled spots in the city. Working around road closures, security checks and fixed race timings, everything had to be built, ready and cleared on time.

Paris Fashion Week venues. Working with Bureau Betak, our crew built the Louboutin and Gabriela Hearst shows, with 34 and 38 crew respectively over eight days each. Fashion Week often means turning an empty space into a finished show set in a matter of days. Our crew handled the stage and scenic setup, lighting installation, and load-in and load-out for the technical teams.

Paris 2024 Olympic venues. During the Olympics our teams worked across several sites at once, supporting SLX and Better Green on the rigging, broadcast and gantry builds behind the Games. That meant moving crew and equipment between venues and working to strict security and accreditation requirements.
